The 10 day Reset was designed with the intent of pushing the reset button on your health. Going back to the basics, our program focuses on giving you a clear basis to determine what food and lifestyle habits uniquely make you thrive.  We believe that diet and exercise are major contributors to feeling amazing, and we also realize that if they aren’t complemented with a healthy mind you won’t be able to reach optimum health. Before we begin we want to be incredibly clear, this is not a deprivation weight-loss program or a calorie counting diet!  (boo to those!) This is an opportunity for you to take a moment to push the reset button on your health.  To begin nourishing your body in a supportive environment and learn how to listen to your body and its needs.  You will undoubtedly learn a little, maybe a lot about yourself and your bod. The goal is not weight loss, while that could happen naturally, the goal is to nourish your wholeself and determine if there is anything in your diet or life that could be preventing you from feeling amazing.  Our 10 day Reset is based on removing inflammatory foods, getting in touch with how different foods make you feel,  eliminating sugar cravings and identifying & reducing stress in your life.
